Frequently asked questions
What does the deposit cover?
We ask for 30 percent at booking to secure your seat or date. The remainder is due seven days before the first session. If you cancel more than 14 days out, you get the deposit back in full.
Is GST included in the prices shown?
No. All prices on this page are exclusive of GST. Your invoice will show the GST amount separately. If your organisation is GST-registered, you can claim the input tax credit as usual.
Can I send one person now and more later?
Yes. Individual seats can be booked one at a time. If you later decide to run a private team workshop, we will credit any individual-seat fees paid in the preceding six months toward the team package price.
Do you offer payment plans?
For team and corporate packages, we can split the invoice into two or three payments across the program duration. Just mention it when you get in touch and we will set it up.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can transfer to the next available open workshop at no extra cost, provided you let us know at least seven days before your original start date. For private team workshops, rescheduling depends on facilitator availability, so the earlier you tell us, the better.
Are workshops held in person or online?
Open workshops run in person at our Abigailfort training room. Private team workshops can be held at your office, our space or via video call. The online format works well for teams spread across multiple cities.
